Return & Exchange Policy
We will not accept return or exchange requests unless if we delivered the damaged, defective or wrong product to the customer due to our mistake. However, we will ensure all items are in good condition before the item is shipped out. Reasons such as "I changed my mind ", I don't like it the color it's different", binding to time frame will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
It is customers responsibility to check the item immediately upon receiving and contact us immediately to inform the issue within 24 hours. When reached an agreement with us, the return item should be shipped out to us by customer within 24 hours.
Item must be unused /unwashed /and expected to be in the exact condition when purchased. Exchange processes only when the item is delivered to us and fulfills the conditions.
We reserve the right to reject the return for any items that do not follow the above guidelines.
Clearance Sales /discounted item are not eligible for refund or exchange.
