Where do you ship?

Yes, we ship internationally — we'll be happy to deliver your order.
How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
What are your shipping rates?

U.S. — Standard $9.99 (3–7 business days); Second Day Air $15 (2–4 days); Express $35 (1–2 business days). Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200. Canada — Standard $22 (10–20 business days); Express $39 (3–10 business days). Other countries — Standard $39; Express $59 (3–10 days).
Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Are there customs or duties?

U.S. orders: none. For orders outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If you choose not to pay them and the shipment is returned to us, no refund will be provided.
What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except when we deliver a damaged, defective, or wrong product due to our mistake. Please check your item immediately upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours. The item must be unused/unwashed and in its exact original condition. Clearance and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How does sizing work?

If your bra size is 32 or 34, your bust size in inches may differ (e.g. 32B ≈ 32 inches, 32C ≈ 34 inches, 32D ≈ 36 inches). If you're unsure of your bust size in inches, reach out to us on Instagram @sisterscollectionbyrebi before you purchase. Will the color match the photos exactly?

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly from your screen due to lighting and angles when the photos were taken.
Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no — orders begin processing right away and cannot be cancelled.
